Got only one opp today

Hmmm, got only one opp for today but it's better than nothing. Those opps available for me diappear so quickly or should I say turned grey right away because other bloggers have grabbed them ahead of me they are just too fast I guess, ha, ha,. Well, that's ok... better luck next time.

I'm so glad to know that the reviews I wrote and submitted to PPP couple of days ago have been approved. It didn't take long for them to get the approval and I thank PPP for that. I was worried at first because I haven't checked my PPP account and my emails for four days because of our Las Vegas trip and for a newbie like me I was thinking that if my posted reviews had some errors I won't be able to correct and resubmit them again but the worries went away when I found out that they have approved them right away.

That made my day! Hope to get more opps from Payperpost.

Byaheng Pinay......

It's been almost a month that I started to create my new blog entitled Byaheng Pinay. It took me awhile to decide what template to use for my new blog and how should I name it but finally I am able to build and decide what template to use and what topics should I focus on discussing. Just got back from Las Vegas!

Just got back home from Las Vegas. That was a long drive for sure, it took us 8 hr drive each way. Hubby and I had a great time together for the trip. I was so glad that he had 4 days off from work where we could be together and be able to go for a trip. Hubby had been wanting to take me to Las Vegas since I haven't been there yet. Finally, we decided together to go last Monday. It was not really planned, hubby and I agreed to go for Las Vegas trip Sunday afternoon. We packed our things, have Nichole (hubby's daughter) drop by the house to take Bandit to her mom's place coz she is spending the week there and she is good at taking care of animals. Tiger and August our cats just stayed home, we filled their automatic feeder with food and water more than enough for the 4 days trip. I'm just worried a little bit of Tiger coz August might be so mean to her when we are away. She might attack Tiger and be mean with her. We got out of the house and headed to Las Vegas around 11:00 at night. We arrived in Las vegas at 9:00 am and checked in at Circus Circus Hotel at 2 pm. We were so lucky enough to be able to get a nice room even if we didn't make any room reservation.

The best part of the trip was going to a Filipino restaurant and find the foods that I craved so much. I told hubby, finally real food to eat. Ha,ha,.... Oh by the way, hubby loved the filipino dishes so much. He was teasing me about moving in to las vegas so we could dine in to that restaurant everyday. Hubby liked the foods they served at the restaurant for sure.

It was fun! though I didn't like the long drive specially going back home. We checked out early at 9:30 am and started the long drive back home. Got home at around 7 pm, happy to see Tiger and Bandit again. I really missed them. It's great to be back home!

Happy Easter everyone! How's your Easter Day? Me, not much just went to church this morning and just stayed home the rest of the day. May each of us remember the importance of this day as we commemorate and celebrate the day our Lord Jesus Christ had risen from the dead and had been resurrected which brought hope to us all mankind that there is life after death.

It’s been a year and 2 months since hubby and I got married in Florida. I’m just trying to reminisce the wonderful moments we had during our wedding day though there was one incident that we would never forget when we found out the night before our wedding ceremony that hubby's pants that he is supposed to wear with his tuxedo wasn't there because we forgot to bring it and there's no way we could get it because it was left at our home in Colorado. So, we hurriedly went to Walmart in the middle of the night to find pants that would fit him. Luckily we found one almost the exact color that match his tuxedo. That was the craziest experience we had that we will never forget. Hubby was born and grew up in Florida so it was a great place for our wedding since it has also the tropical environment like the Philippines aside from meeting with his family and relatives. We spent more than a week for our honeymoon and it was my first time to see and visit Disney World and Sea World. It was like a dream come true. At Sea World, I have watched real dolphins and whales doing a show. It was so interesting and fun! Those sea lions were so cute and adorable. I happened to feed the stingray with a little fish put it in between my fingers and dipped them under the pond where stingrays swam around. Oh, that was a bit scary when those stingrays pass around your hand and grab the fish from your fingers. We never had enough time to tour all the attractions in Orlando but hubby and I are looking forward for another trip to Orlando in the near future. I know there are a lot of things to do in Orlando to enjoy our next vacation.

Wow, What a busy day!

Yes, I said Wow! It's a busy day because there are lots of opps being offered by PPP today. I never thought this is going to be more fun grabbing those opps especially because some of them offers higher price. I'm beginning to love blogging more and more especially now that I'm earning more and more too. Hubby would be so happy to hear about this. I think, PPP is giving a chance to get more opps for a newbie like me. I hope I could grab all those opps that are availabe right now before it's gone. They said you have to be quick to grab those opp and post your reviews right away before it is taken and gone. Think about taken and gone, have to park now and start grabbing them one by one.

Mama and Papa are in Leyte?

When I turned on my PC this morning and log on to Yahoo Messenger the first thing that pops out was an offline message from my younger brother who is now in Cebu telling me that he tried to phone Mama and Papa in Davao but the renters told him that Mama and Papa are in Leyte since Wednesday and haven't come home yet. I was a little bit surprise because I didn't think they would go for a quick vacation for the holy week and they never mentioned to me the last time I talked to them over the phone. Although Mama mentioned that my uncle and aunt were planning to go to Leyte and she wanted to go with them and proceed to Cebu to see my brother and her one and only "Apo" (grand daughter) but I told her not to because she would be travelling alone once they reach in Leyte since she will be the only one to proceed to Cebu. I told her not to go yet because I am planning to get them air tickets in a couple of months so her and papa could go together to Cebu in a more convenient way and not to worry about the long trip. I am just looking for the right time to get cheaper round trip tickets for them. Hmmmm, now I found out that they sneaked out. Oldies sometimes are hardheaded.

Oh well, I'm sure they are having a great time visiting ou relatives in Leyte right now. I hope they won't get stranded because I know there are so many passengers right now travelling also because of the holidays in observance of the holy week.

Holy Saturday

Today is Holy Saturday the day after Good Friday it is the day before Easter and the last day of the Holy week when Christians prepare for the Easter celebration on Sunday. In the Philippines, we call this day as Black Saturday ( Sabado de Gloria). In Czech Republic and Slovakia it is called White Saturday and in Dutch it is known as Silent Saturday.

I hope everyone has a good Holy Thursday and Holy week in general. May each of us always remember the great love of God for us by sending His only begotten son Jesus Christ to atone our sins as Christ offered Himself as a sacrifice that we may have eternal life.

Good morning America!

What a wonderful morning to start with!!! Why? because first of all I woke up this morning well and alive. Second, we have a good sunny weather. Third, I got an email approval notice from PayPerPost that my blog has been approved. Yay! Finally, because it's Friday and I don't have to wake up early in the morning to prepare breakfast for my step-son and drop him off to school in the weekend. Yup, that's right! I could stay in bed as long as I want since hubby is also asleep all day because he goes work on the third shift.

Hope this day will continue to be a good day for me.

I signed up for PPP

I am so happy today because my blog has been approved by. It has been more than a month since I signed up for PPP which at first my application was declined. I followed the instruction they gave me to fix the problem and resubmitted my blog again the other day and finally just this morning when I checked my email I received the approval notice from them. Oh it made my day! I have been waiting for this opportunity to get approved because I heard a lot from my blogger friends that PayPerPost is a very good source of income when you just want to stay at home and earn and this is one of the reasons why I signed up for PPP.

Spring has sprung....

I thought Spring starts March 1st but I found out that Spring has just started.

Historically spring starts on the day of the vernal equinox, which usually occurs on the night of 20/21 March.

Vernal comes originally from the Latin word for bloom and refers to the fact that, in the northern hemisphere, this equinox marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring.

An equinox is a time when the nights are as long as the days and the vernal equinox is recognised the world over as the start of the new astrological cycle.

So, for this let's welcome the Spring season.
