Trouble making decisions

I am probably the worst person to make a decision. I don't know why, but I have always struggled at decision making. it can be something major like whether or not to have surgery. it can be something minor like which one of the texas electricity providers to choose. For some reason, I always think I am going to make the wrong decision. I can't explain it and I don't even understand it. My husband gets so annoyed. We will be trying to make a decision about where to eat and I can't make up mind. I am starting to wonder if there is something wrong with me. it seems like it would be easy to make such a simply decision. Especially one that doesn't really matter, but no matter what it is, I can't do it. I think I might also look into a cooking class, I am sure there must be a class on decision making. Even though some people find it easy, there must be a way to teach decision impaired. At least I hope there is a way to teach me how to make decisions.

Wedding Anniversary

It's been five years since I left my home country the Philippines and it's going to be five years being married to my wonderful and loving husband. This Friday will be our 5th Wedding Anniversary. I can't believed how the years go by so fast. Hubby and I don't have plans what to do on that day yet since I am working until 2;30 in the afternoon but for sure we will have a dinner date in the evening.

Cutting Back

We’ve been trying to cut back at the office – the economy is tough right now as everyone knows and we’re trying to cut costswhere we can to make sure the business stays afloat in these hard times. I was asked to try to figure out a few ways to save extra money so I went to smallbusiness.xo and looked at small business packages which my boss was really happy with. I also started asking everyone at the office to bring their own coffee and milk and I contacted the post office about getting a meter for the mail instead of just buying stamps at retail sale price. It’s been a tough road this last year and luckily we’re all in this for the long haul. Jim’s told us there won’t be any raises for the next couple years but I think most of us are still just happy to be gainfully employed and you know, this is a great place to work at the end of the day. Everyone loves each other and works together well.

I can’t believe how the days go by so fast. It has been 4 months since I gave birth to my second baby through C-section. I'm thankful to God that everything went well and I am fully recovered from the surgery. I have lost some weight after gaining 30 lbs during my pregnancy. I am now ready to get back to work although I’m going to miss my little one. I putting up some applications for CNA jobs and I’m hoping that I could get back to work as soon as possible. I need to check my scrubs though because I have gained some and I felt that my tummy is still bigger that it used to before I was pregnant. I’m sure those old scrubs I have won’t fit anymore. Toby is 4 months old

Toby just turned 4 months and he is doing really great. He doesn’t spit up as much as he was and I’m glad he got over it. He’s been drooling a lot and putting his hand in his mouth which we think he might be teething. He’s gonna have his teeth come out pretty soon just like his older brother. I’m glad he doesn’t complain about it and is being a good boy especially at night because he just sleep through the night and just wake up once around 5 or 6 in the morning and goes back to sleep after I feed him. He is such a happy boy too. He just smiles most of the time when you start talking to him. He is such a cute boy.

I am moving from Georgia to Texas because of a great job transfer this October, and I can’t decide if I’m excited or not to be going. The job is a new exciting opportunity, but I’m really sad to be leaving all of my close friends and parents. I also will be leaving a year-long relationship. Possibly. Right when I graduated from college, I moved to Atlanta, and I’ve been here for the past 5 years. My girlfriend is still deciding if she wants to come with me on this new adventure, but she’s hesitant to leave all of her friends as she says ‘without a ring on her finger.’ I don’t want to lose her, but I guess I also don’t think that moving is a good reason to get married to someone. Finally moved to our new house

Just got back online after hubby set up our computer. We have been very busy packing and moving our stuffs since we got the new house. Finally, we were able to moved all our stuffs last Saturday. The biggest challenge is unpacking and organizing our stuff in our new home. I am hoping that everything will be organized within a month.

Toby my second baby boy

Time flies by so fast and Toby is now close to 11 weeks old. He was born the 8th of April, 2 weeks early before my due date but he was born as healthy as can be. He was a big boy when he was born, he was 8.3 lbs and 21 inches tall. He weighs 12 lbs during his 2 month wellness check up and he is growing fast. He looks a lot like his older brother Toby.

Close to 29 weeks

I will be 29 weeks pregnant this Saturday and it's not getting easier moving around because of my sciatic pain. My pregnancy is doing fine except for the pains in my back and side I have been dealing with since I was only 12 weeks pregnant. As I get closer to my due date the pain gets worst and worst. I easily get exhausted and tired too. My baby is also very active and keeps moving around my tummy which keeps me up most of the night. I just had my glucose tolerance last Monday and I am glad that the result was all good and I don't have to worry about gestational diabetes. I will be calling St. Mary's Hospital this week to schedule us for the Pregnancy Pathways where we do a tour to the hospital and get information on what to do when it is time for me to have the baby.

It's Sunday and I didn't feel well so it was just hubby and Tyler who went to church this morning. I stayed home and slept in. Hubby came home earlier than usual although him and Tyler attended the nursery class but didn't finish the entire session because Tyler kept calling mommy, mommy many, many times and got so upset. Even when they started the sacrament meeting he had been calling my name and looking for me. Hubby said if I couldn't go to church next time him and Tyler might as well stay home because it will happen again him getting upset calling me. Hmmm, I think my baby is becoming mama's boy.

Granite sink

My newly wed step son and his wife had found the new house that they wanted to buy. They liked the house because of the granite sink in the kitchen which I think is kind of nice. Hubby and I are also looking for a property and we are hoping to be able to find the right one that we liked before our lease contract to our rented house ends. We are looking for a cheap property and it is fine with us if it’s a fixer house. We found one that really looks good even if it the kitchen needs to be updated. Maybe we could fix the kitchen and put some granite sinks in it too. Tyler is in to everything

At 18 months and 2 weeks Tyler is in to everything. He wants to get involved in to everything he sees us do. He climbs everywhere, checks everything in the house, especially the kitchen and the living room. That's why we always keep an eye on him on what he does to make sure he is safe all the time. We keep the house child proof as much as possible. We tried to keep everything out of his reach especially the electrical stuffs. We have table lamps in the living room and we put them away coz he always want to play with it and wanted to hook the plug into the wall outlet. Tyler's first nursery class

We were up early this morning to get ready for church. It did snowed a lot last night. Hubby had to wake Tyler up so he could be ready for church too. It's second Sunday to be at church this year and we are still adjusting to our new church schedule since we have to start at 9 in the morning last year we started at 1 pm so it is really a big adjustment getting up early and preparing for church especially for Tyler since he usually wakes up at 1round 9 in the morning. So we were at church and it was Tyler's first time to attend the nursery class after we had the sacrament meeting. Hubby went in with him in the classroom and sat him down on the chair, he was all ok at first and then hubby sneaked out without him knowing. We were outside the hall near the closed door observing how Tyler would go. After 10 to 15 minutes we heard a screaming boy inside the classroom and we knew that it was him. He had noticed that mommy and daddy weren't there anymore and he was left with the teacher and other children his same age who didn't know yet. So hubby went in and stayed with him the whole time so he could be more comfortable. We are hoping that he eventually he will get used to it and nursery class will be more fun to him. After church I met him and hubby at the parking lot where we parked and I saw him smiling big when he saw me. Hubby said he had fun after the second hour in the nursery class.

Snowy night

It was snowing when we came out from the reception last night. I didn't think it would snow though but it sure did. I know the ski areas would be delighted to get some more snow. It's only around 4:13 in the morning and I am up and wide awake. Just went to the bathroom earlier but could not go back to sleep when I laid down in bed. I am 23 weeks pregnant now and my baby has been moving and kicking a lot inside my belly. I can’t wait to have this baby in April, hubby and I are both excited to see him. I know Tyler will be a good big brother to him. We have already have thought of a name for him but still consider other names. I am still thinking over and over on what to do after I give birth. I am considering on going to school to get into the LPN Program but still I’m having second thoughts of maybe going to back to work in the nursing home as a CNA so I could help hubby financially. Every time I get into our closet I see my uniforms which I have kept in a box since I quit working last October. I don’t know if they would still fit me when I wear them again. Maybe I would be needing new nursing scrubs by the time I get back to work. I know where to buy cheap scrubs if I need to get new ones since I get monthly catalog from a certain nursing scrubs company. Hmm, well see if I would go to school or go back to work then.

Snow in the Monument

I woke up this morning and saw that the Monument had some snow but we didn't get any snow in the valley. How I wish we get some more snow in the valley so Tyler could enjoy playing out in the yard. We are still hoping to get some snow maybe it will come late. I told hubby that it doesn't seem like winter because we don't get a lot of snow and we miss white Christmas because it didn't snow then. That's why last Saturday on Christmas Day we went up to the Grand Mesa and drove around the mountain just to be able to see the snow. We park in a visitor area to have Tyler walk on the snow and touch and play with it. He surely had fun.

It's winter time but still we don't get enough snow to cover the ground. The weather has been gloomy since yesterday and I am hoping for some snow but we only got rain. I heard from the news that some parts of California got a lot of snow. I'm still hoping and wishing for a White Christmas. Only three days to go, the weather forecast says we will be getting about 6 inches of snow this Thursday. I hope we do, I would love Tyler to see the snow and play with it and maybe we could make a snowman in front of the yard.

Missing Philippine Christmas

How I wish I could spend Christmas in the Philippines this year. It's been almost 4 years that I haven't been home. I was planning to visit Philippines next year in April but got pregnant and April will be my due date. I miss hearing Filipino Christmas carols. It's fun during Christmas in the Philippines. As early as September you can feel the Christmas spirit as you hear the Christmas jingles aired over radio stations early in the morning. I used to wake up and turn my radio on every morning at 5 am just to hear those Christmas carols which always get me so excited. I miss the Filipino foods during Christmas. and of course I miss my family and friends too! Hmmm, I'm starting to daydream now and reminisce the time I was still in the Philippines during this season. I am hoping to be able to spend vacation in the Philippines during Christmas season in 2012.

Vacation near the beach

Like just about anyone else there comes a time when you say, lets get away for a vacation. My hubby and I are thinking about going for a trip. After doing some checking around and talking with a friend, we have decided to take a close look at Myrtle Beach hotel.

My hubby and I have a decided to pack our bags and have said, it is time to take a break and get away from it all. We were considering the typical trip to see our family and make the usual rounds, then we saw an add that was titled Myrtle Beach best hotels. So Myrtle beach will be our new destination.

Tyler and Bandit

Here some latest photos of Tyler and our dog Bandit. Tyler is only 16 mos old but have learn a lot of things and can do some simple chores at home like what he was doing in these photos. Bandit usually won't eat his food right away when we feed him. He usually ignores it at first and wait until you force him and say "eat bandit" but once he sees Tyler getting near his food bowl, he would in no time run to his food and eat til it's gone. Bandit thinks that Tyler might eat his food but he is a good dog. He won't growl or get aggressive even if Tyler is very close to his bowl and even if Tyler is holding his bowl while he is eating. So every time we feed Bandit we tell Tyler to watch Bandit eat and we also taught him to put up the food bowl after Bandit is done eating.

Halloween Pumpkin

Today my hubby went to the store and picked up a couple of pumpkins, he said that one was for carving and the other was for pumpkin pie yummy yummy for the tummy. About and hour after hubby came home, I was downs stairs working on a few things and I heard him call my name, he wanted me to cover my eyes, he said he had a surprise for me. After I made my way upstairs I closed my eyes as he took me by the hand and led me into the living room. He then asked me to keep my eyes closed. I could tell he turned off the lights, afterward he told me to open my eyes, what I saw sitting on the kitchen table was one of the pumpkins he had carved. WOW, what a surprise it was, he had done an excellent job, the pumpkin has scary looking eyes and a lot of large teeth, it was incredible. Hubby is so talented, I will try to get a picture posted of the great carving job he did. Halloween is right around the corner BOO.

Getting my ring clean at the mall

The other day my husband and I were at the mall in our small town of Grand Junction Colorado and we were passing by the jewelry store where my hubby purchased my wedding ring. My husband mentioned that it had been awhile since my ring had been cleaned so we stopped in. While they were cleaning my ring I started looking around and noticed all the beautiful engagement rings they had. Why is it that when I first step into a jewelry store my heart does a little pitter patter? I am always drawn to the section that displays all the wonderful wedding rings. One of the sales lady mentioned to me that they have a ring upgrade program. The sales lady explained that if my engagement ring had been purchased at their store, they would credit me the actual cost of the ring toward the purchase of a more expensive ring. I explained that my husband had picked the ring out for me and that I was thrilled to have it and that I would just keep the one I have. I thought what the store offered with their upgrade program was a good idea and a great way for keeping the expenses of getting married to a minimum without going crazy expensive.

Rainy Friday

It's been a rainy Friday and it's cold and freezing to me. I really don't like when the weather is like this. Hubby loves it though when it rains and when it is cold. I'm sitting here cold with my coat on. I told hubby we need to turn the heater on but he said no coz he doesn't like to get thawed. Ha,ha,.. I am hoping the weather will be better tomorrow.

Tradeshow

Last weekend my husband and I went to a tradeshow in or little town of Grand Junction. We were curious at what might there so we dropped by and paid a visit. As my husband and I were looking at the various booths, we notice how the quality differences of each booth display. Some were quit generic and others had some really nice looking pop up displays. I was talking to my husband about the differences and was wondering where these various companies purchased a trade show pop up that looked so professional. We also noticed that there were a lot of pop up trade show displays that varied in every way. After letting my curiosity get the best of me, I complimented one woman about how nice her displays looked and asked her if she purchased her displays as a complete set or individual. The woman stated that they could be purchased individually or several pieces at a time. I was also told that there are pop up booths that are at times on display as part of a trade show. My husband and I didn’t find anything at the trade show that we were interested in personally, but we were impressed how professional some of the booths

Tyler at the park

Tyler gets bored staying at home all day. So we went to Canyon View Park with hubby. Tyler just loved wandering around. At first, I kept following him but then hubby told me to just leave him alone and just watched from a distance. Tyler liked it when I let him by himself walked around the play area. He liked being independent and free. He had fun basking under the sun too. Good thing his skin didn't turned out dark after exposing to the sun for several hours.

Tired...

I am so tired this afternoon after coming home from work. I worked today from 9 am til 5 pm. It went good because I worked with another CNA that is really a good worker too. I like working with the residents in the nursing home because they are so nice and kind. I always get good compliments from them because I always make sure that their needs are met. It feels good to be able to help with the residents although it really takes a lot of hard work especially being on your feet most of the time. After the days work my legs get so tired and since I am pregnant, my sciatic is starting to hurt. I have this kind of pain during my first pregnancy and now it's coming back again. I hope I could still manage to tolerate the pain in my left hip. I know how it gets hurt worst as I go far in my pregnancy.

After searching and looking for a place to move, we finally found the right house for us. It is located in the downtown area. I like the master’s bedroom because it has large walk-in closet for me and hubby. Two months

Baby Tyler is exactly two months old today. I can't believe how the days pass by so fast. Tyler is doing well and is growing. The last time we had him checked he weighed 11.5 lbs. He is more responsive, he can smile and can make coo sounds especially when I start talking to him. He will have is "Well Baby" two month check up this coming Tuesday.

Busy Mom

I haven't been good at updating my blogs. It's because a lot of things have been going on the last couple of months. From my pregnancy to giving birth, recovering from my C-section and being a new mom. Life has changed now since I have my baby, taking care of him is fun, enjoyable though sometimes it's rough but it's all worth it especially when I see my baby smile.

Now, that I have adjusted to being a new mom I have decided to get back to blogging again. I will do my best to find time to be able to update my blogs despite of being a busy mom.

Hubby called me a couple of times the other day and have missed his calls couple of times also because I can not hear my phone ring. It seems like there is something wrong with the call alert tones. Oh boy, it's a boy!

Yes, hubby and I are having a baby boy and he is 19 weeks and 5 days in my tummy right now. We found out last Monday during my ultrasound and it didn't take long to figure out his gender because he was very cooperative and was showing it off right away when the OB asked me if we want to know his gender and as soon as the OB showed it to the ultrasound screen I told hubby, "opps, I see balls" hubby was laughing when I said those words. He is so proud and happy. I am too and the rest of the family. We are also glad to know that our little boy is doing great inside my tummy and my OB said that everything is perfectly normal.

We are getting more and more excited as the day gets nearer and nearer to my due date.

It's been awhile that I have not updated this blog. Just got so busy with a lot of things not to mention the way I have been acting sluggish and lazy the past weeks. Maybe because of my pregnancy. I'm on my 18 weeks now and it's doing great so far. I have been feeling the baby's movement more often. I already felt the movement through my hand when I touch my tummy and hubby felt the baby's movement for the very first time last night when he touched my tummy. I feel that my little one is getting more active as she/he is growing everyday. Next week, Monday I will have another ultrasound and we might be able to find out if it's a boy or a girl.

It's been more than a week since I last posted on this blog. I was just being sluggish and lazy the past days plus hubby was on his 5 days off from work. So, we spend most of the time together. Thanksgiving day was great, we meet with the in-laws at the restaurant and had Thanskgiving dinner and visiting with each other. Black Friday went good too, we hop from from store to another but tried to spend less as mush as possible.

Hubby just got back to his work and that's why I have time to spend infront of my lappy. I'm also duty laundry at the same time. Hope everyone will have a great weekend!

Picking Up the boys

Pregnancy Test

I did pregnancy test this early morning when hubby told me to do one as I said him that I'm already 3 days late for my period. So, I did and guess what the result show? A horizontal and vertical line on the test window which means it's positive and which means I'm preggy. I don't know if it's too early to spread the great news but I'm just too excited to talk about it. Hope things will turn out good with my pregnancy this time because I had a miscarriage 11 months ago.

Update on my CNA Clinicals

Last night was my last night of clinicals at the nursing home. It was a great experience for me to be able to meet and take care of the residents in the facility. They surely need more help in that facilty, I am considering to put my application and hopefully get a job there once I get certified. Tonight and the rest of the remaining clinical schedules will be at the facility for the brain injured called Life Adjustment Program (LAP). It is going to be a different environment since most of the residents in that facility are in their younger age and a lot of them are male. Hopefully, it will give me another good experience. Well wait and see.

A Nice Drive to the Grand Mesa

We just got home from taking a drive to the Grand Mesa. We drove 105 miles there and back. Hubby was driving and me and Nichole were in the front seat enjoying the scenic view of the mountain. It's getting colder up there in the mountain even hubby was a little bit surprise of the chilly winds that blow. He never thought that it's been already cold at this time around. He rarely gets cold though but when we were there he felt the cold for sure. I'm glad I was wearing jeans and long sleeve shirt with a sweat shirt on top but still I was shivering when we got out from the truck. We went to the observatory which was on the very top of the mountain of the Grand Mesa.

Dog Show

Nichole and I just got home from the dog show at the fairgrounds here in Grand Junction. It was my first time to watch a dog show in town. It's so interesting to see those different breeds of dogs. I came to learn about the different breeds and how they look like. Some breeds are very pretty others look ugly and weird. Some are huge others are tiny. I have seen a lot of Golden Retrievers, New Foundlands, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, and others. I enjoyed watching those dogs being shown by their owners. I wished I had my camera with me, i could have taken some pics of those dogs.

It started to rain so we had to ran to the car and go home because we were thinking of Bandit and Lexi being left in the porch, they would get wet if it rained. I know Bandit would be so scared when it rains especially when he hears thunder and sees lightning. We got home just in time before it rain and let the dogs in.

It's a cloudy Thursday and it's a little chilly outside. We got some rain yesterday I thought the rain would last longer but it only lasted for 5 mins. isn't it bizarre? We rarely receive rain in this valley even if you see dark clouds in the sky. The good thing about living in this part of Colorado is that we don't have heavy storms or hurricane as other states do and that's one of the blessings I am thankful for.

Blood Test Results

I received a phone call from my OB-GYN's clinic and the lady told me that all my blood test results are normal and ok. Glad to hear about that it's all normal. Now, all we have to do is just get a good timing for me and hubby to get pregnant. Hubby already bought an Ovulation detector kit so we will know when will my fertile days and my ovulation day be. Hubby also bought me fattening foods to help me gain more weight. Thank you honey for being supportive in everything. Hope things will work out best and I will get preggy before the year ends.

Blood Test

This morning I have my blood test which my OB-GYN recommended me yesterday when we came to her clinic. By the way, yesterday was my follow up visit to my OB-GYN after 6 months that hubby and I have our pre conception counselling with her. I did pap smear too since I never had one yet. She said it's gonna be a yearly routine. She check my uterus and ovary too and she said they are in good positions. She said that hopefully my pap smear results will be ok and that my ovary will also be healthy and cancer free.

My blood test went ok although the phlebotomist missed to get the perfect spot to draw some blood samples. She tried to draw blood in my left arm but no blood came out because it was in the wrong spot. Then she inserted a needle on my right arm and finally able to draw some blood but it hurts so bad. Hubby was there watching the whole time, he said after we left the lab that the phlebotomist didn't know what she was doing because I was in so much pain and he said that the lady was kind of twisting the needle that's why it hurts so bad. He was about to say something but he just controlled himself not to. I will know the results in a couple of days.

On Vacations and Trips

Hubby and I always have funny moments when we are together. He is just a very jolly person and has a sense of humor and he always makes me laugh. Although sometimes he gets moody and grouchy but most of the time he is always happy and fun. I remember one time we were on the trip to Las Vegas hubby was trying to convince me to ride on a roller coaster as we were passing along the strip. He asked me if I would like to ride the roller coaster and I said “no” and he said why not just try it’s gonna be exciting and fun and I told him “I’m gonna pass out and die” and he was laughing so hard on how I reacted and the way I said it since I have this Filipino accent when I speak English. Then he said how about the Insanity Ride at Stratosphere Las Vegas Casino Hotel (it’s a massive mechanical arm that extends 64 feet over the edge of the Tower and spins you at a force of 3 Gs for a truly mind-bending experience). I said no way, “that’s more stupid” and he laughed even more. Yah, that was one of our funniest trips.

I hope we could go on another vacation again, hubby always tells me that he still has 5 days vacation leave for this year and he has to use those days before the year ends. I wish we could go back to Florida where my sis-in-law and her family lives. They are wonderful family, I have been there once when hubby and I got married and spend our honeymoon for almost 2 weeks. We visited some places but still miss some of those nice tour spots to visit. If we have known there were some more interesting places to go we could have done it. I'm glad to receive a message from my parents through chikka text messenger that they got the package hubby and I sent them together with the mail that my mom-in-law had sent them 2 weeks ago. Hubby and I just got home from Sam's Club as we filled up his F350 with fuel. We hurriedly went to filled it up with fuel after mom talked to him over the phone and told hubby that prices of gas and diesel will be going up these coming days as hurricane Gustav is approaching the gulf coast. It was raining so hard when we got out of the house into his truck and was still raining when we were driving to Sam's Club. Dried Squid for Lunch

I'm craving for dried fish today but since I don't have dried fish I just fried dried Squid which is as delicious as dried fish. I have bought a pack of dried squid from the oriental store a couple of months ago and still have more left because I only fry 2 or 3 pieces every now since I'm the only one who eats them. I have a plateful of rice with my fried dried squid and oh, my lunch was so good.

Have you ever played Bingo? I remember when I was young I used to spend every weekend in my great aunt’s home to watch over my great grandma who was blind. Family Picnic

We just got home an hour ago from a family picnic at a park in Delta, Colorado which is approximately 45 mins drive from home. It was a good visit with the family and my in-laws. Hubby and I and the 3 children, my mom-in-law and stepdad-in-law, my brother-in-law and his wife and their children met together at a community park in Delta. We had grilled hotdogs and beef burgers and chips. Just a simple meal but the visit was great. It was great to get together with families for sure. We are planning to have the picnic again once every month just to be able to get together and visit with families.

Blog Update

It's been five days that I haven't updated my blog. Time flies by so fast, I have been busy concentrating on my CNA Training Class. So far my class is doing pretty good. I have learned a lot about what a nursing assistant does. I know it's going to be a challenging task once I start working but hopefully I could do it well. With regards to my everyday class, it's not that hard as long as I keep studying. I always get a perfect score everytime we have our test and I felt good about myself. We do 2 days lecture which is Monday and Tuesday and our lab on Wednesday and Thursday. We always have fun during our laboratory because our teacher is very funny and jolly and she has a very good sense of humor which help everyone of us in the class gain our confidence especially when we practice mastering the "skills" that we need to master for the upcoming board exam.

I thought he won't make it coz he had to work today but luckily he was able to get an early lunch break. Gosh, the Opp I reserved got expired before I even knew it. I already posted it on my other blog then tried to submit it to PPP but I received the message that I do not have reservation for that particular Opp and then I check the PPP time and found out that the reservation I made had expired few minutes before I submitted it. Toink! my fault, now I have to keep an eye of that opp and hope for the best that it will turn white and that I could grab it again.

We Got Some Rain...

It's been cloudy since yesterday but it's only now that we got some rain. We don't get much rain here in the valley that's why when it rains I start to appreciate it more. When I was in the Philippines I don't like when it rains because it gets muddy and dirty everywhere. It feels good to stay in bed and get lazy. I haven't gotten enough sleep last night which I didn't know why. I think I'm gonna take a short nap this morning. I was thinking about going to Wal-mart to get some stuffs like dog food for bandit but will do it later this afternoon.

Three Hours Sleep

Got only three hours of sleep last night since we went fishing after got off from work. We went fishing at 2 am to a nearby park where the colorado river flows. Hubby caught one big catfish but got off from his fishing hook before he could grab it and it fell back to the river. Nichole caught one small catfish and one big sucker fish but we threw them back to the river alive. It was a good weather last night and the sky was so clear with all the stars. We were able to see a lot of falling stars. We went home at past three and went to bed at past 4 am. Then we have to get up at 7:45 this morning to take Nichole for her annual physical exam which only gives us 3 hours of sleep. Her P.E. results went good and she is as healthy as can be.

Summer Vacation

Have you planned your summer vacation yet? If not, better plan it now before summer is gone. As soon as the children started their summer break from school hubby and I were able to take the them to Las Vegas for our family summer vacation. The children loved it since we stayed at Circus Circus Hotel they enjoyed the rides at the adventure dome and had fun playing video games at the arcade. We went to GameWorks and let them play video games the whole day and they had so much fun. Our five day vacation was not enough coz surely there’s a lot of things to do in Las Vegas.

I told hubby that next year we would try another place for our next summer vacation just for a change since we have been to Las Vegas for many times. I’m still trying to figure out which place to go next year. I would like to be able to visit the different States in the US. I am looking forward for next year’s summer vacation.

Lots of Fishes

There's a lot of fishes in the ocean but for now they are all taken. Hmmm, I was too late to check it out. This morning there was only one but I went back to sleep when hubby came home from work since I only have 4 hrs of sleep last night blame it to blogging ha,ha, I stayed til 2 in the morning. I got up at 11 am and checked again and found all the gray fishes. Will keep an eye on them some of them might turn white. Better check again.....

Quake hits Southern California

A magnitude of 5.4 earthquake just struck Southern California at 11:42 am today (tuesday). Although the quake was considered moderate still there were minor damage and a few minor injuries have been reported in the aftermath of the earthquake.

I told hubby that I am going to bed right after he goes back to work tonight but it's been an hour since he left and I am still up facing my laptop blogging. Just finished hopping to some of my blogger friends site and checking PPP if there's OPP's available but they are all taken. My brat cat is so hyper and running around the living room. She is also wide awake, she usually sleeps with me in bed since hubby is working 6 pm til 6 am. Although I am used to staying up late but have to go to bed soon before hubby rings my celphone and check on me if I'm in bed now.

Ok, I got to go now and need to get some sleep. Opps! let me check PPP first for the last time if I could grab some OPP before I take off...... Just checked it but still gray although there is one that's been white the whole time but only pays $5 and I am too lazy to write a minimum of 300 words. Maybe I''ll tomorrow if still available and if I'm in the mood to write such long review.
